Waning Moon

Continuing the timbre of his release, The Broad Sun, pianist and composer Chad Lawson continues his pursuit in marrying the intimacy of sound and emotion in his latest EP titled The Waning Moon. Layered in dark, rich overtones, his sensitivity exudes a deep embrace of solace yet hope all in the sentence.

The Waning Moon is the sophomore release in a series titled The Piano’s Universe.  With each planet having its own unique personality, Lawson is on his own path of discovery in hearing new textures from an instrument he has known since the age of 5.
